If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Engraving Errors

If your item has an engraving error caused by Muscle & Memory (e.g., incorrect text or design due to our mistake), we will provide a free replacement. Incorrect Delivery Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will need to place a new order to have the item reshipped.
